丁月婷，北京理工大学经济学院预聘副教授、特别研究员，博士生导师。研究方向包括能源与经济系统韧性、气候变化与适应、可持续发展、能源公平等。在Energy、Climate Policy、Energy Policy、Resources, Conservation and Recycling等期刊发表论文二十余篇，主持国家自然科学基金项目（面上、青年）、中国博士后科学基金面上项目等课题，参与国家自然科学基金创新研究群体项目、国家自然科学基金重点专项项目、教育部人文社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目等课题，相关的研究成果得到国务院发展中心、地方政府及企业等单位采纳及批示，发表在“人民网”等多家媒体。担任Energy, Communications earth & environment，Reliability Engineering & System Safety等期刊审稿人，Energies等期刊客座编辑。
